Ian Percy Logo

For a recent fun freelance project I worked with a video game designer to create a logo for his personal brand based on M.C. Escher’s work to demonstrate the playful and surreal games + work he creates. He wanted the design to have clean lines and work as both white on black and black on white. After going back and forth, he decided he wanted the logo to include his initials, so I transformed the logo to fit his vision. We ended up with a logo that fit his requirements and still had tons of personality while remaining legible as his initials, IP. The photos below show how the logo changed from sketch to final product.
